While originally founded to help meet
the growing needs of junior and community
colleges, the firm’s client base
now extends to four-year colleges and
universities. We also assist and work
with public and private K-12 schools and
educational associations.

in existence?
JCCI Resource Development Services has
been in business for more than 30 years.
Prior to September 1, 2005, the firm was
known as The Junior and Community College
Institute.

Resource Development Services located?
JCCI Resource Development Services offices
are located in Rockville, MD just outside
Washington, DC, a short subway stop from
federal government offices, Congressional
offices, and national association headquarters.
Several JCCI Resource Development Services
Associates reside in other areas of the
country.

for services?
JCCI Resource Development Services customizes
contract services to fit each client's
needs and budget. Together with institutional
representatives, we carefully define the
scope of work, making sure we have mutual
understanding about the level of effort,
the cost involved, and the client's budget.
JCCI Resource Development Services can
work on a monthly or daily basis. We engage
in short-term contracts of three to six
months for special projects, and in annual
or long-term, ongoing contracts.

only on a fee-for-service basis.

JCCI Resource Development Services has
been successful in many funding arenas,
helping public and private institutions
to secure funding of various types. JCCI
Resource Development Services clients
have "beaten the odds" in many
highly competitive funding programs, including
the U.S. Department of Education’s
Title III program, TRIO and FIPSE Programs,
the U.S. Department of Labor’s Community-
Based Job Training Programs, the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development’s
